• Month and Day tabs sit top right. Arrows move one month, or one day in the Day tab. Today jumps back to today.
• The month grid opens scrolled to today. Weekends are shaded, today's column is marked.
• Tap a band title (Fleet, HLO Bali, Sales) to fold that band away. Tap again to reopen. The phone remembers your folds.
• Tap any cell for the full detail behind it. Codes ending … or +1 were cut to fit the cell, the sheet shows everything.

• Tab Month dan Day ada di kanan atas. Panah memindah satu bulan, atau satu hari di tab Day. Today kembali ke hari ini.
• Grid bulan terbuka langsung di posisi hari ini. Akhir pekan diarsir, kolom hari ini ditandai.

The fleet bandBand armada EVERYONESEMUA

One row per aircraft. A normal cell shows the hub (JAG or NUA) and the PIC's first three letters.

Satu baris per pesawat. Sel normal menampilkan hub (JAG atau NUA) dan tiga huruf pertama nama PIC.

• Red U/S: a NO-GO restriction covers operating hours. The cell carries the chip (AOG, WEATHER, …) and the sheet shows the window and reason. CREW on a red cell means a pilot is still rostered on it, that clash is also a check.
• Hatched no PIC: at a base and unrestricted, but nobody is rostered to fly it, so it is not sellable inventory.
• The Ready A/C row under the fleet counts aircraft that are both crewed and clear of NO-GO that day. 0 is red: nothing to sell.

• U/S merah: ada restriction NO-GO di jam operasi. Sel membawa chip (AOG, WEATHER, …), jendela waktu dan alasannya terbaca di sheet. CREW di sel merah berarti masih ada pilot di-roster di pesawat itu, bentrok ini juga muncul sebagai check.
• Arsir no PIC: pesawat di base dan tidak dibatasi, tapi tidak ada pilot yang di-roster, jadi tidak bisa dijual.
• Baris Ready A/C di bawah armada menghitung pesawat yang ada kru dan bebas NO-GO hari itu. 0 berwarna merah: tidak ada yang bisa dijual.

Bands run in operational order: Altius, Pura and Volta pilots, then engineers, HLO Bali, HLO Nusa Penida, HLO Gili, HLO Lombok, Photographers, FOO, Ground operations, Sales, B2B, Office. Color is the station, never a severity:

• A pilot's cell shows the tail they fly that day, for example VPX. Their cell and the aircraft's cell line up in the same column.
• NUANU is written NUA in cells to fit. Sheets and lists keep NUANU.
• A dot · means not rostered that day, which is not the same as Day Off.

• Sel pilot menampilkan tail yang dia terbangkan hari itu, contoh VPX. Sel pilot dan sel pesawatnya sejajar di kolom yang sama.

Open the editor, set a stateBuka editor, atur state EDITORSEDITOR

Tap a person-day cell, an empty one too. The sheet shows the name, function and date. Anyone can open and read it. Save works for editors only, anyone else gets a permission message. Editor access comes from Dirops.

Ketuk sel orang-hari, sel kosong juga bisa. Sheet menampilkan nama, fungsi dan tanggal. Semua bisa membuka dan membaca. Save hanya untuk editor, selain itu muncul pesan tidak ada izin. Akses editor diminta ke Dirops.

1. Tap the day in the person's row.
2. State: On Duty, Day Off, Out of Base, or Standby. Day Off and Standby carry no location, the location fields hide themselves.
3. Tap Save. The cell updates at once, Airtable and #roster-changes-log get the change immediately.

Pilots: pick a tailPilot: pilih tail EDITORSEDITOR

1. Tap the pilot's day. State: On Duty.
2. The Helicopter dropdown lists only the tails rostered that day. Pick the tail, or leave it at none.
3. Save. The cell now shows the tail, and in the Day view the pilot sits under that helicopter's base.

• Pilots carry no location and no times. The helicopter's base is the pilot's place.
• Tail not in the list: that aircraft is not rostered that day. Roster the aircraft first, then assign the pilot.
• Any state other than On Duty releases the tail.

• Pilot tanpa lokasi dan tanpa jam. Base helikopter adalah posisi pilotnya.
• Tail tidak ada di daftar: pesawat itu belum di-roster hari itu. Roster pesawatnya dulu, baru pasang pilotnya.
• State selain On Duty melepas tail.

Engineers, FOO, Ground operationsEngineer, FOO, Ground operations EDITORSEDITOR

Engineers, FOO and Ground operations (ARO, AVSEC, Customer Handling) work from a base. On Duty asks for one thing only: Base, JAG or NUANU. The shift is the full day, there are no time fields.

Engineer, FOO dan Ground operations (ARO, AVSEC, Customer Handling) bekerja dari base. Saat On Duty hanya satu yang dipilih: Base, JAG atau NUANU. Shift berlaku sehari penuh, tidak ada kolom jam.

HLO and Photographers: locations with windowsHLO dan Photographer: lokasi dengan jam EDITORSEDITOR

Each line is one location plus its own window, written 24h as HH:MM. Write 14:30, not 2:30 PM. Every saved line becomes its own row in Airtable.

Satu baris berarti satu lokasi dengan jendela jamnya sendiri, format 24 jam HH:MM. Tulis 14:30, bukan 2:30 PM. Setiap baris yang disimpan menjadi satu row sendiri di Airtable.

1. Tap the day. State: On Duty or Out of Base.
2. First line: pick the location, type from and until, for example SERANGAN 09:00 to 12:00.
3. Second leg: pick a location in the empty line that appears below, give it its own window, for example XPARK 14:00 to 17:00. Up to 4 locations in a day.
4. Remove a leg by setting its location back to none. Save.

• Sales: state only. On Duty means the CRM shift, no location, no times. The cell shows CRM.
• B2B and Office: locations plus one shared window for the whole day.

• Sales: cukup state. On Duty berarti shift CRM, tanpa lokasi, tanpa jam. Sel menampilkan CRM.
• B2B dan Office: lokasi ditambah satu jendela jam bersama untuk sehari.

Clear a dayHapus hari EDITORSEDITOR

In the sheet, tap Clear day. The button changes to Really clear? Tap again. Tap it again. The whole person-day is deleted, every row of it, in Airtable too.

Di sheet, tekan Clear day. Tombol berubah menjadi Really clear? Tap again. Tekan sekali lagi. Seluruh hari orang itu terhapus, semua row-nya, termasuk di Airtable.

• Aircraft cards: READY, NO PIC, U/S, or NOT ROSTERED, with the restriction chip, window and reason where there is one.
• On station: people grouped by station, JAG first, then NUANU, then the spots. Pilots appear under their helicopter's base automatically.
• Standby: reachable, not posted to a station. CRM: the sales shift. On duty, no site: shift times where set.
• Day Off: the list at the bottom.

• Kartu pesawat: READY, NO PIC, U/S, atau NOT ROSTERED, dengan chip restriction, jendela dan alasannya kalau ada.
• On station: orang dikelompokkan per station, JAG dulu, lalu NUANU, lalu spot lain. Pilot otomatis masuk ke base helikopternya.
• Standby: bisa dihubungi, tidak ditempatkan di station. CRM: shift Sales. On duty, no site: jam shift kalau diisi.
• Day Off: daftar di paling bawah.

Render the deploy postRender deploy post DIROPS

At the bottom of the Day view. Dirops and admins only, the button answers everyone else with a permission sentence.

1. Open the Day tab on the date, tap Render tonight's post.
2. The portal renders one window per Discord topic: BASE JAG (with DAY OFF and RESTRICTIONS), Nuanu (with the STANDBY list), AOA for the out-of-base spots, Sales · CRM.
3. Each window has its own Copy. Copy each text into its own Discord topic.

The portal renders text only. Sending stays a human action, always. If the render answers with a list of blockers, the day is contradictory, fix those days and render again.Portal hanya membuat teks.
